01Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Zeytin Sağlık Ürünleri Gıda Kırtasiye San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. as data controller, within the scope described below. Our contact details appear at the end of this page.

02Categories of data processed

Identity data (first and last name), contact data (phone number, email address), customer transaction data (content of your request, the company or institution you represent) and transaction security data (date and time of form submission). No special categories of personal data are requested or processed.

03Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to respond to requests and complaints, carry out sales of goods and services, plan supply chain management activities, execute contractual processes, conduct communication activities and perform storage and archiving activities.

04Legal basis

Processing relies on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation; and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Processing outside these grounds relies on your explicit consent.

05Collection method

Your personal data is collected wholly or partly by automated means through electronic channels such as the contact form on our website, email, telephone and WhatsApp.

06Transfers

Your data may be transferred to competent public authorities to meet legal obligations, to our business partners and suppliers where required to fulfil your request, and to the hosting and email providers supplying our technical infrastructure, within the conditions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. Transfer abroad occurs only where our service providers' servers are located abroad, and strictly under the conditions the Law prescribes.

07Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request erasure or destruction under Article 7; request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

08How to apply

You may submit requests concerning your rights in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller: by signed written application to our company address, through a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, or from the email address registered in our system. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. Where the process incurs a cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
